Neighborhoods

Edgewater comprises 11 distinct neighborhoods and one apartment complex, offering homes to fit just about any lifestyle.  All enjoy access to beautiful Lady Ann Lake for strolls, jogs, fishing, and enjoying nature steps from your own front door.

  • Established in 2005, Carriage Hill is the newest subdivision developed within Edgewater, featuring alley access to all homes, abundant front porches and stunning views of Lady Ann Lake.

  • Compass Pointe, one of the newer subdivisions in Edgewater, is a friendly, close-knit community with a nice mix of young families, professionals and retirees.

  • Dunhill Subdivision is located in the heart of Edgewater.  With charming homes, it is a close knit neighborhood with winding streets and cul de sacs.

  • Fox Bend consists of two main developments, Fox Bend I and II which feature mostly single story homes. These subdivisions are located off Spinnaker Ridge and are in Madison.

  • Heritage Woods was one of the first neighborhoods in Edgewater. It was developed with rolling hills, winding streets and beautiful mature trees. Heritage Woods has 120 homes with one undeveloped lot. All of the homes are traditional in design with generous lots. Living in Heritage Woods offers a lifestyle of friendly neighbors in a beautiful setting.

  • The lovely Lake Shore Community is one of the first in Edgewater with large lots that are located on winding streets and small cul de sacs. Many of the homes are on Lady Ann Lake with wide shorelines, while many others offer breathtaking views of sunrises over the lake.

  • Homes in Lost Tree Pointe are set on large lots, some with frontage along Lady Ann Lake. Gorgeous trees and views of the lake make this one of the favorite attractions for Edgewater walkers.

  • Morland Shores is a gated community in Edgewater with beautifully maintained patio homes, some situated on the banks of Lady Ann Lake. Morland Shores also boasts its own pool and poolhouse, and residents can enjoy the wildlife found in the protected Wetlands just steps away.

  • Remington Place is a charming neighborhood which includes styles ranging from two-story to garden homes.  Remington Place is just steps from the Lady Ann Lake boat ramp, wetland preserve area, and playground.

  • Spinnaker Ridge is a neighborhood made up of beautiful homes on large lots. Most homes are two-story and boast majestic trees and quiet cul-de-sacs.

  • Steeplechase West is a townhome community of mostly two story homes which feature alley access.  These unique and charming homes are low maintenance and just the right combination of space and amenities.
